Our fresh ingredients, including our produce, are sourced directly  from  local  farmers  and  markets.  Our  bread  is  locally crafted by Harvest Moon Bakery, and the eggs in our fresh pasta are from free-range chickens at Heritage Happy Eggs in Springdale.
